The Japanese automaker, Daihatsu has made its attempt to present one such MPV which wraps all the above-mentioned factors into Daihatsu Sigra . Daihatsu Sigra comes with a 1.2-litre in-line four-cylinder DOHC dual VVT-i 3NR-VE petrol unit which churns out 88 PS maximum power and 107 Nm peak torque. The engine is further coupled to a 5-speed manual transmission. 107 Nm peak torque and easy gear shift make pushing Sigra an easy task.
Though the MPV is not much aerodynamic to give you impressive cornering but, manoeuvring with Sigra is not a tough task. All these factors make Sigra a competent MPV against its key rivals such as the Datsun GO+.
